Refund and Dispute Policy:
AGNT is a subscription service paid monthly by credit card. All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that an Agent decides to cancel an AGNT subscription, the Agent may do so for any future months by simply clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’ in the User Profile Page, Subscriptions tab.  Once a subscription is cancelled, the Agent’s invited Policyholders will no longer be able to communicate with the Agent through chats, push notifications, or SMS message texts sent through the AGNT Website. The company reserves the right to cancel all client app privileges if no payment is made for 30 days past due. The company reserves the right to delete Client accounts if no payment is received by the Agent or Agency for 60 days past due.

Legal or Export Restrictions
AGNT is a Website and iPhone application available to Insurance Agents in 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Sales to agents outside these areas are not supported.

Terms and Conditions:
Subscriptions to the AGNT application are sold for a period of 12 months; When an Agent purchases a subscription, the price initially quoted will be honored for the duration of the remaining months in the contract, regardless of price increases. New subscriptions sold after a price increase will be at the new price, but existing customers will be ‘grandfathered’ at the original price they signed up for regardless of price increase, until renewal, which occurs 12 months after initial purchase.

Transaction Currency:
All sales are made in US Dollars.

Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details:
All credit card payments are made through a third party credit card processor (Stripe). No credit card details including the number, expiration date and CVV code are stored locally on our servers – the credit card details and monthly subscription processing are managed entirely by Stripe.

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your and your client’s data will not be shared with any third parties. Your information is used solely for the purposes you and your clients have consented to, and we implement strict security measures to safeguard the data entered into AGNT. We prioritize your trust and ensure that your data remains confidential, adhering to the highest standards of privacy and data protection.

DATA & ENCRIPTION

AGNT does not collect medical information. With the end user’s consent, the app will store only provider information and the date and location of visits to the medical providers entered. It will also store insurance carrier information and policy numbers if entered. The data is stored only with the express consent of the end user.

Data stored in AGNT’s agent portal is only accessible with a secure token from Microsoft Azure Identity Provider.

Microsoft Azure employs a comprehensive security framework to protect and encrypt data, ensuring its confidentiality, integrity, and availability.  Azure uses a multi-layered approach, including physical security, identity and access management, and network security measures. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols like AES-256, while data in transit is secured through TLS (Transport Layer Security) to prevent unauthorized access.

Azure also provides features such as Azure Key Vault, which enables customers to manage encryption keys securely, and Azure Active Directory, which controls user access and authentication. Additionally, Azure’s security operations center continuously monitors for threats and vulnerabilities, applying real-time protection to safeguard customer data. This robust security posture is complemented by compliance with various global standards and regulations, ensuring that data remains secure in the cloud.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, is strictly prohibited. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of our proprietary information without prior written consent is a violation of our rights and may result in legal action. We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously and enforce our rights to ensure that our innovations and creative works are not used without proper authorization. Please respect our intellectual property and refrain from any actions that may infringe upon our legal rights.

You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the app or website. Your subscription does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any content. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of AGNT or SIM Technologies except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
